How to Link Your E-Wallet Account
To use an e-wallet through Linkage, you need to connect your e-wallet account to the platform first. Follow these steps before making a payment:
- Select the e-wallet you want to use, then click the Connect button. (In this guide, we will use OVO as an example).
- Enter the mobile phone number registered with your e-wallet.
- Make sure you read and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
- Enter your e-wallet security code.
- If the security code entered is correct, your e-wallet account will be successfully linked to the platform.
- Below is the display when your e-wallet account has been successfully connected to the platform using Linkage.
How to Make a Payment
Here are the steps to make a payment using an e-wallet account that has already been linked to the platform:
- Select OVO as the payment method, then click the Pay button.
- Enter your e-wallet security code, then confirm the payment. Make sure the transaction details are correct.
- If the security code is valid, the payment will be successful and the transaction will be completed.
Failed Payment
If the payment fails due to insufficient balance, the system will display a message asking you to top up your balance first.
- Select “How to top up OVO”.
- Choose the available top-up method and bank.
Payment Error Messages
- Internal Server Error.
- User exceeds OTP attempt limit.
- Phone number blocked.
- Phone number not registered on OVO Apps!.
- Insufficient balance.
- Ledger system risk check rejected.
- Something unexpected happen in server.
