User Guide for Linkage (OVO)

To use an e-wallet through Linkage, you need to connect your e-wallet account to the platform first. Follow these steps before making a payment:
  1. Select the e-wallet you want to use, then click the Connect button. (In this guide, we will use OVO as an example).
  1. Enter the mobile phone number registered with your e-wallet.
  1. Make sure you read and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
  1. Enter your e-wallet security code.
  1. If the security code entered is correct, your e-wallet account will be successfully linked to the platform.
  1. Below is the display when your e-wallet account has been successfully connected to the platform using Linkage.

How to Make a Payment

Here are the steps to make a payment using an e-wallet account that has already been linked to the platform:
  1. Select OVO as the payment method, then click the Pay button.
  1. Enter your e-wallet security code, then confirm the payment. Make sure the transaction details are correct.
  1. If the security code is valid, the payment will be successful and the transaction will be completed.

Failed Payment

If the payment fails due to insufficient balance, the system will display a message asking you to top up your balance first.
  1. Select “How to top up OVO”.
  1. Choose the available top-up method and bank.

Payment Error Messages

  1. Internal Server Error.
  1. User exceeds OTP attempt limit.
  1. Phone number blocked.
  1. Phone number not registered on OVO Apps!.
  1. Insufficient balance.
  1. Ledger system risk check rejected.
  1. Something unexpected happen in server.
